Shipping Information

At Tickle Tribe, we understand that getting your order quickly and affordably is important to you. That's why we use An Post, a reliable and trusted shipping provider, to deliver all of our packages.

Our standard shipping option costs €6 per order and typically takes between 5-7 working days to arrive. While we don't currently offer tracking on deliveries, we'll send you an email confirmation once your order has shipped so you know it's on the way.

Your items are packaged with the utmost attention to detail to ensure their safe arrival. However, if your order does arrive damaged, please let us know right away by emailing us at tickletribecollection@gmail.com. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather or transportation delays. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow for any unexpected delays.
