Return Policy

• We really hope you have fallen in love with your order(s), however, if you are not completely satisfied and would like to return we have a 14 day returns policy.
• You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt once they are in original condition, unworn, with tags attached and suitable for resale. Return must be accompanied by proof of purchase. 
• Items bought over 14 days of receipt will not be eligible for return.
• Items that appear to be worn, washed or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
• To start your return please email us at tickletribecollection@gmail.com and we will provide details of the return process.
• Until your return has reached us safely we do not hold any responsibility. Please ensure the return is packaged correctly to avoid damage in transit.
• After the inspection of your return has been accepted we will notify you by email.
• You will be refunded using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase.
• We aim to process your refund within 14 days of the return.
